1. Damaged or Faulty Sealed Shipments
If you receive a bag of fertilizer or a can of organic pesticide with broken sealing, please photograph it immediately and raise a support request within 48 hours to secure a complete replacement.
2. Processing of Refunds
Once approved, refunds are credited directly to your original payment account (bank account, cards, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
